BBVA [Cabeza Maya]

I had an experience that may be scary for many, especially after 4pm. I went to this bank when the card was blocked and detained by an ATM after only checking its balance with someone else and leaving (the account holder could not do it from the App because he did not have it installed and know how to use it). The problem that these BBVA ATMs have is that they interpret this simple and quick movement as an attempted theft or misuse of the card, so they block it and do not return them as they informed me. Fortunately, before the branch closure, the staff was there to advise me and make a report call. The solution to the problem was prompt and effective, and the replacement of the plastic was also free of charge to the cardholder. However, I leave a complaint about the volume of the wall telephone they have there because the conversation with the executive is almost inaudible coupled with the ambient noise. I would hope that you would please improve this telephone communication service after being the second time I complained about this at the Bancomer in San José Terán

Horrible service from executives, it seems like you are going to ask them for a favor when in reality you just want them to do their job, terrible service. I went for a card cancellation (because even that is what they charge me month after month) I stood in line and they let other people pass before me and to make matters worse when it was my turn the executive started talking to another person, otherwise they want to pass a bad time better go to the one on 9th south in front of chapital

This is the best BBVA in all of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, they serve you better, they don't make you wait like in others and it is very fast
